I’m sure most of you have taken part in a challenge on social media at some point. It is a great way to learn some new things and at the same time get to know people. I have to stop myself from signing up for them all the time!

Mostly, the reason I love challenges is that they give me small steps to do every day which feels manageable. I often find that when I send customers an audit, they feel like there is ‘too much to do’ and so they procrastinate and sometimes never action the action points at all!
What do you do when you have too much to do?
I recommend:
- Break it up into smaller pieces of work
- Delegate what can be done by someone else
- Ditch what is unnecessary
- Do what you can
