Do you shut down your business over the Christmas and New Year period? A lot of businesses do.
This season can mean that business is quiet for others (if you serve B2B) and manic for others (retail anyone?)
A shop often does more business at this time of year than at any other time of year. That means you (and your team) have to keep working while everyone else is shopping. On the plus side, you make more sales.
It is worth having a plan in place in advance to keep your business front and centre in the minds of potential consumers while they are at home relaxing. For some of my customers, this means email campaigns and sales, for others it is ramped up advertising.
What kind of business are you in? Will you be doing more or less over Christmas?
p.s. You just missed the 5 day workshop for December, check out the SEO keywords workshop in January if you want to start 2021 with a bang
